1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Sudoku App, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement.

Age Requirement: You must be at least 13 years old to use this App. If you are under 13, you may only use the App with the involvement and consent of a parent or guardian.

If you use the App on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Description of Service

Sudoku is a free puzzle game application that provides:

• Classic Sudoku: Unlimited puzzles with four difficulty levels (Easy, Medium, Hard, Expert)
• Daily Challenges: New puzzle every day with streak tracking
• Game Features: Hints, undo functionality, notes, and mistake tracking
• Statistics: Personal game history, completion times, and performance tracking
• Offline Mode: Play puzzles without internet connection
• Online Features: Daily challenges, analytics, and push notifications

The App is provided free of charge and is supported by advertising.

3. User Account and Data

The App does not require user registration or account creation.

• Local Storage: Game progress, statistics, and preferences are stored locally on your device
• Device Identification: A unique device UUID is used for analytics purposes as described in our Privacy Policy
• No Personal Information Required: You are not required to provide any personal information to use the App

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree NOT to:

• Cheating: Use any automated tools, bots, scripts, or third-party software to solve puzzles
• Hacking: Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App, servers, or databases
• Reverse Engineering: Decompile, disassemble, or reverse engineer the App's code
• Data Scraping: Extract or harvest data from the App using automated means
• Modification: Modify, adapt, or create derivative works based on the App
• Distribution: Redistribute, resell, or sublicense the App without authorization
• Interference: Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality or servers
• Misrepresentation: Impersonate BRTeam or misrepresent your affiliation with us

5. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the App, including but not limited to design, code, graphics, and content, are owned by BRTeam or its licensors.

• Sudoku Game: While Sudoku is a classic puzzle game in the public domain, our specific implementation, design, user interface, and code are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws
• Trademarks: "Sudoku by BRTeam" and associated logos are trademarks of BRTeam
• Limited License: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes
• Restrictions: You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our design, code, or visual elements

6. Advertising

The App displays advertisements through Google AdMob to support its free availability.

• Ad Display: Advertisements may appear during gameplay and between puzzles
• Personalized Ads: Ads may be personalized based on your device's Advertising ID (IDFA)
• Opt-Out: You can limit ad tracking in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking
• Third-Party Content: We are not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements
• Ad Blockers: Use of ad-blocking software may interfere with the App's functionality

7. Push Notifications

The App may send push notifications to enhance your experience:

• Daily Challenges: Reminders for new daily puzzles
• Achievements: Notifications for milestones and achievements
• Streak Reminders: Reminders to maintain your daily challenge streak
• Updates: Important app updates and announcements

Managing Notifications: You can disable push notifications at any time in iOS Settings → Notifications → Sudoku

8. In-App Purchases

Currently, the App does not offer in-app purchases. If we introduce premium features in the future:

• Payment: All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store
• Refunds: Refund policies are governed by Apple's terms and conditions
• Restoration: You can restore purchases on multiple devices using the same Apple ID
• Subscription Auto-Renewal: If we offer subscriptions, they will auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BRTeam disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement
• Warranties that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
• Warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of content
• Warranties that defects will be corrected

We do not guarantee that:

• The App will meet your specific requirements
• Your game progress will be preserved during updates or device changes
• Daily challenges will be available without interruption
• The App will be compatible with future iOS versions or devices

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BRTEAM SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Loss of data, game progress, or statistics
• Loss of profits or revenue
• Loss of use or enjoyment of the App
• Cost of procurement of substitute services
• Damage to device or loss of data on your device

In jurisdictions where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the App (which is $0 for the free version).

11. Termination

We reserve the right to:

• Suspend or Terminate Access: We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, for violations of these Terms
• Discontinue Service: We may discontinue the App or any features at any time without liability
• Modify Features: We may modify, update, or remove features without notice

Effect of Termination: Upon termination:

• Your right to use the App immediately ceases
• You should delete the App from your device
• Local data may be retained on your device until you delete the App
• These Terms survive termination where applicable (Sections 5, 9, 10, 13)

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make changes:

• We will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page
• For significant changes, we may notify you via push notification or in-app message
• Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms
• If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you should stop using the App

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where BRTeam operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved through:

• Informal Resolution: First attempt to resolve disputes by contacting us at app@brteam.pro
• Arbitration: If informal resolution fails, disputes may be resolved through binding arbitration
• Jurisdiction: You agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts in our operating jurisdiction

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and BRTeam regarding the use of the App and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
