Sudoku is a classic puzzle game developed by BRTeam, available on iOS and web browsers. The App provides daily challenges, multiple difficulty levels, and game statistics to help you train your brain and enjoy Sudoku puzzles.

This Privacy Policy describes our policies and procedures on the collection, use, and disclosure of your information when you use the App and tells you about your privacy rights.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Automatically Collected Information

When you use our App, we automatically collect certain information about your device and usage:

• Device Identifiers: Unique device UUID, device model, operating system version
• Technical Information: Screen resolution, timezone, locale (language and region)
• Session Data: Session ID, timestamps of app usage
• Usage Analytics: Games played, difficulty levels selected, game completion times
• Game Statistics: Number of hints used, mistakes made, puzzle completion status, daily challenge participation
• Performance Data: Crash reports, error logs, and diagnostic information

2.2 Information Stored Locally

The following information is stored on your device in a local SQLite database:

• Game Progress: Saved games, current puzzle state
• User Preferences: Language settings, theme preferences (light/dark mode)
• Game Statistics: Personal achievements, completion history, win rates
• Offline Analytics Queue: Analytics events temporarily stored when internet is unavailable

2.3 Push Notification Data

If you enable push notifications:

• OneSignal Player ID: A unique identifier used to send notifications to your device
• Notification Preferences: Your choices about which notifications to receive

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information for the following purposes:

• Provide and Improve Service: Deliver the core Sudoku game experience and improve app functionality

4.1 OneSignal (Push Notifications)

We use OneSignal to deliver push notifications about daily challenges and game updates.

4.2 Google AdMob (Advertising)

We use Google AdMob to display advertisements in the App. AdMob may use your device's Advertising ID (IDFA on iOS) to show personalized ads.

4.3 BRTeam Analytics Service

We operate our own analytics service to track app usage and improve the game experience.

• Data Collected: All data listed in Section 2.1 (Automatically Collected Information)
• Data Retention: Analytics data is retained for 90 days, after which it is anonymized or deleted
• Purpose: Understand user behavior, improve features, and fix bugs

5. Data Storage and Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your information:

• Local Storage: Game data is stored in an encrypted SQLite database on your device
• Secure Transmission: Analytics data is transmitted to our servers using HTTPS encryption
• No Sensitive Data: We do not collect passwords, financial information, or other sensitive personal data
• Data Encryption: All data transmitted over the internet is encrypted in transit

However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

6. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do NOT sell your personal data.

We only share data with the following third-party services for specific purposes:

• OneSignal: To deliver push notifications
• Google AdMob: To display advertisements
• BRTeam Servers: To store analytics data and improve the App

We may also disclose your information if required by law or to protect our rights and safety.

7. Your Rights and Choices

You have the following rights regarding your data:

7.1 Disable Push Notifications

iOS: Settings → Notifications → Sudoku → Turn off "Allow Notifications"

7.2 Limit Ad Tracking

iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking → Turn off "Allow Apps to Request to Track"

7.3 Request Data Deletion

To request deletion of your analytics data, contact us at app@brteam.pro

7.4 Opt-Out of Analytics

Currently, the App does not have an in-app option to disable analytics. If you wish to opt out, please contact us at app@brteam.pro

7.5 Delete Local Data

To delete all locally stored data (game progress, statistics, preferences), uninstall and reinstall the App.

8. Children's Privacy

The App is suitable for all ages and does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without parental consent.

If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at app@brteam.pro, and we will take steps to delete such information.

COPPA Compliance: We comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. The data we collect (device UUID, game statistics) is not used to identify individual children.

9. Data Retention

• Analytics Data: Retained on our servers for 90 days, then anonymized or deleted
• Local Data: Retained on your device until you delete the App or clear its data
• Crash Reports: Retained for 30 days for debugging purposes

10. International Data Transfers

Your information may be transferred to and maintained on servers located outside of your state, province, country, or other governmental jurisdiction where data protection laws may differ.

By using the App, you consent to the transfer of your information to our servers and the third-party services mentioned in this policy.

11. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by:

• Updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this policy
